Jim Barger Partner/VP Business:

Jim Barger has been actively working in the advertising sales arena for 26 years.  He has vast experience in newspaper, television, marketing, sales and management.  His career began in Hancock County in 1983 with The Courier newspaper and continued with local and cable television advertising sales and management.  Jim left Time Warner Cable Media Sales in August 2005 to begin Media Links.   He is a native of Findlay and resides here with his wife, Lydia, and their three children.  He is actively involved at St. Paul’s UMC and in the community including Cancer Patient Services Board, Flag City Balloon Fest, Car Tunes on Main, Chopin Hall, Kiwanis, and Findlay Officials Association.

Kathy Laird Partner/VP Creative:

Kathy Laird graduated from BGSU in 1994 with a degree in journalism/public relations.  She began working at Continental Cablevision in 1995 in the advertising sales department.  She remained in cable advertising television sales through April 2007 in a Marketing & Creative Services position.  Kathy is a native of Findlay and resides here with her husband, Greg, and their two children.  She is an active member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church.
